Fit 2 A Tee Bootcamp/Group Training: Offers challenging 35-to-40-minute workouts (scalable/modified for all fitness levels) designed to elevate the heart rate while building muscular strength and endurance in the entire body. Each workout focuses on different types of training for different areas of the body, so you’ll never do the same workout twice. Furthermore, it builds camaraderie, aids in accountability, and pushes you to your next fitness level.
Personal Training: Fit 2 A Tee Bootcamp/Group Training program is designed for each client individually based on their age and physical condition. It includes strength and conditioning, weight training, and cardio. The goal is to motivate you to become a better version of yourself, reach your fitness goals, and to make fitness a lifestyle change.
Nutrition: It's no secret that the number of calories people eat, and drink has a direct impact on their weight. This is why I provide customized meal plans based on each client's individual goals. Besides, proper nutrition provides your body with the nutrients it needs in order for it to function properly. It also helps protect you from illnesses and diseases.
